Our Enrollment Process
Angels Land Here provides daycare services for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old.
We proudly accept Title 20 for full-time childcare with a minimum of 35 hours weekly. Private pay is also accepted for full-time care, with a maximum of 45 hours weekly. Families are required to complete enrollment paperwork and submit a medical care plan for each child prior to enrollment to ensure the health and safety of all children in our care.
Our enrollment process is simple and designed to create a smooth start for families while ensuring every child receives high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.

Child Medical/Physical Care Plan for Child Care
Complete this form if your child has a medical condition that requires staff monitoring, medication or medical food administration, trained procedures, avoidance of certain foods or activities, or self-carry emergency medication.
Child Enrollment and Health Information for Child Care
This form must be completed and kept on file before your child begins care and helps ensure the safety, health, and proper supervision of all children in the program.
Child Medical Statement for Child Care
This form must be completed by a healthcare provider to confirm your child is medically cleared for care, is up to date on immunizations, and to document any health conditions, allergies, or special needs. This helps us ensure a safe, healthy, and well-supported environment for every child in our care.
